Flush Door
Flush doors are the epitome of modern simplicity and functionality, offering a sleek, unobtrusive design that seamlessly integrates into any interior.Characterized by their flatsurfaces with no protruding frames or panels, flush doors create a clean, minimalist aesthetic that enhances the overall look of your space.
1. HW Doors

Wooden flush door consists of a block board core bounded with
cross band and veneer faces constructed on both the sides. As per IS:
10013 and IS:401, timber is chemically treated and vacuum pressured. This
process strengthens the timber by making it not only durable but also
borer, termite and fungi free. Wood is generally seasoned at the
automatic kiln seasoning plant as per IS:1144, substantially reducing
moisture as per standard requirement mentioned in the IS:287. It is further
bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% boiling water
resistance as per IS:848 and hot pressed at high temperature under
uniform pressure.
2. Ecolax Boards
Ecolax boards are crafted from carefully chosen soft and medium
hardwood particles. These particles undergo a drying and grading
process before being mixed with Urea Formaldehyde resin and
compressed at high temperatures and pressures to achieve the desired
thickness.
3. Pine (Devdar) Doors

Pine is softwood, making it easier to cut, shape, and handle during
manufacturing. This flexibility speeds up production. Pine can be easily
stained, painted, or polished, giving manufacturers a wide range of
finishing options.
1. No telegraphy (waviness) on surface of doors
2. Lowerin weight as compare to hardwood core doors:
3. Borer and termite free
Veneer Flush Doors
HDF Flush Doors
HDF (High-Density Fiber board) is a type of engineered wood product made from
wood fibers that are compressed together under high pressure and heat, resulting in a dense, smooth, and uniform surface. It’s stronger and denser than MDF (Medium-Density Fiber board) and is commonly used in furniture, cabinetry, and doors
